This two-day workshop simulates the implementation of different lean manufacturing tools in a manufacturing site.
Participants will be provided with a practical simulation of a production environment to demonstrate how to implement lean manufacturing tools for maximum benefit.
The simulation is done with the assembly of presses.
The workshop will help increase understanding of lean manufacturing philosophy and techniques.
Participants can apply this knowledge to maximize customer value, minimize waste, and reduce costs by more effectively using resources.
